Anupamaa Written Update 22 September 2021: As Anuj Kapadia invites the Shah family to his house, everyone except Vanraj and Toshu visit his house.

The latest episode of Anupamaa starts with Vanraj performing Ganpathi pooja at his cafe. Anupamaa comes to serve aarti but Baa tells Kavya to do it. Kavya says both house and cafe aarti is done. Bapuji reminds that they have to go to Anuj’s house as well. Anupamaa tells Baa to at least smile while having prasad. Baa smiles and has prasad. Kavya gives prasad to Anupamaa. Vanraj taunts saying give her only little as she has to eat at Anuj’s place as well. Anupama says he insulted prasad by trying to insult her. Vanraj tells her to bother about her karma, not his. Kinjal asks Anupama why she is smiling, Anupama says taunting is a women’s job but here a man is taunting a woman. Vanraj gets angry hearing that. Chef informs Vanraj that they have a big order for Anupama’s dish. Vanraj tells him to cancel the dish. Kavya asks why he wants to bear losses to insult Anupama. Anu says Kavya is right. Vanraj tells the chef to remove Anupama’s dish from the menu and cancel the order. He says Anupama will get busy running 5 star hotel with her friend. Anu says he was her friend too. He asked for her help as a friend to run his cafe and she supported him like a loyal friend, but when it was his chance to support her he got jealous.
Anu says she supported him as a wife, ex-wife and friend but he never respected any relation. Vanraj says if she has a problem with him, she should go to her rich friend Anuj. Anupama asks if he has a problem with Anuj for being her friend, Anuj being rich or the fact that Anuj rejected his proposal. Vanraj tells her to shut up. Bapuji tells Baa that he will feel good if she accompanies him to Anuj’s house, Baa agrees to go. Kinjal asks Toshu if he is coming, he says no. Kavya says she is going as she needs to make friendship with Anuj for her job. Vanraj and Toshu stand fuming as the whole family leaves. Anuj is making pooja arrangements when his specs fall, Anupama catches them on time. Anupama greets him, he welcomes her. GK asks about Mamaji and Bapuji, Anupama says they are coming by lift. Bapuji enters followed by others, they all greet each other. Kavya says being so rich she thought Anuj must be leaving in a villa or a mansion but this house is very simple. Anuj says living alone is easy in a small house than a big house, and recites a Shayari. Anu says she understands the meaning of it. Toshu tells Vanraj he shouldn’t have let Kavya go to Anuj’s house. Vanraj says he didn’t want to either but Kavya needs a job. Anuj performs pooja by singing bhajan and serves aarti to everyone. Anupama praises the Ganesh idol. GK says Anuj made it by himself. He has become a good sculptor and a shayar under his guidance. Anupama compliments Anuj and he smiles. Kavya gets jealous seeing their chemistry. Vanraj and Toshu head to Anuj’s home as he called and invited them again. Vanraj says let’s see what’s there in Anuj that people like him so much.
