Shehnaaz Gill’s Honsla Rakh Shoot Delays, Producers ‘waiting for her to recover and heal’ after losing Sidharth Shukla
The makers of Shehnaaz Gill’s upcoming film, Honsla Rakh, are waiting for the actress to resume the shoot of the film later this month.
Popular television star Shehnaaz Gill, who is mourning the loss of her rumoured boyfriend Sidharth Shukla, has stayed away from the public eye after his death. She was supposed to shoot for a promotional song for her debut Punjabi film, Honsla Rakh, on September 15 but the producers pushed it due to the tragedy. She is expected to resume work on the film, which also stars Diljit Dosanjh, soon.

Also, it has been mentioned that the makers of the Punjabi film had originally planned to shoot in September but they had to postpone it as Shehnaaz was in no position to report on the set. Shehnaaz is still in a state of shock after the sudden loss of her dear friend Sidharth Shukla. The whole industry went in shock by the sudden demise of Sidharth Shukla who died of a heart attack on September 2.
Talking to The Times of India, Producer Diljit Thind told that they are waiting for Shehnaaz to recover and heal from the grave loss. They had originally planned to shoot the song on September 15 in London, but that couldn’t happen because of obvious reasons. And now, they are going to finalise a new date soon and would want Shehnaaz to be a part of it as she is an integral part of the film. He also mentioned that the team is in touch with Shehnaaz’s manager and hoping that she will contact them in a few days.

The film is written by Rakesh Dhawan and is slated to release on October 15 this year.
