The Tamil superstar Suriya Sivakumar dropped a photo with cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar on his Instagram on Thursday, February 16.

Suriya Sivakumar is currently shooting for his upcoming film with director Siruthai Siva. The actor has been making a lot of trips to Mumbai for the past few months. On February 16, a photo of Suriya and Sachin Tendulkar posing for a picture went viral on social media platforms. The Singham actor, who is a fan of Sachin, spent quality time with him. Details about their meet-up are still unknown. Sharing the photo, Suriya wrote, “Respect & Love!! @sachintendulkar (sic).”

Sachin Tendulkar too took to his Twitter page and revealed that he met Suriya this morning, February 16. Sharing the picture, he wrote in Tamil, “This morning, the sunrise was extremely special. Meanwhile, on the professional front, Suriya is presently shooting for director Siruthai Siva’s film, which is tentatively titled Suriya 42. The period fantasy drama has 1000-year-old backstory. Disha Patani will play the female lead in this film. After completing Suriya 42, he will start his work on director Vetri Maaran’s Vaadi Vaasal.

The actor also will make a cameo in Soorarai Pottru Hindi remake led by Akshay Kumar.
