According to reports, South-Indian actress Rashi Khanna is all set to star opposite Ajay in the series.
Following the lead of many big stars, Ajay Devgn has also decided to foray into the OTT space and will be making his web series debut with the show, ‘Rudra – The Edge Of Darkness’ on Disney+ Hotstar VIP. This is said to be the remake of the British show, Luther.
Quite naturally, everyone was excited for this one and if Ajay’s going to be in it, it’s going to be big on action and drama. Due to the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic and the impending lockdown, the schedules for the shoot of the series got pushed. Now, according to a Peeping Moon article, the makers have locked in the director and the cast and are all set to roll soon. And reportedly, South-Indian actress Rashi Khanna is all set to star opposite Ajay in the series.
Now, this is interesting! As this will be Rashi’s second OTT outing in Hindi after Raj & DK‘s web series alongside Shahid Kapoor. With two big and exciting projects in her kitty, I sure am looking forward to seeing her on screen!
As far as the shoots are concerned, the report states that the makers are looking to take the project ok floors by 21st July, next month. Here’s hoping the situation is maintained and they get to start shoot on this one very soon!
