Sawant’s husband Adil Durrani’s bail plea was rejected. He was arrested after Rakhi filed a complaint against him for mishandling his funds. She also accused him of domestic violence. She further claimed that Adil had broken up with her and was living with his alleged girlfriend. The Police filed the FIR under IPC Sections 406, 420 498 (A), and 377.

Rakhi’s husband Adil Khan Durrani’s bail plea has been rejected. On Sunday (February 12), the Karnataka Police in Mysore registered a rape case against Durrani based on a 30-year-old Iranian woman’s complaint. The woman in her FIR claimed that she came to India 5 years ago and was studying for a Doctor of Pharmacy in Mysuru when she met him at his Desert Lab Food Adda, and they eventually became friends in 2019. Now, Mysuru Police has reached Mumbai to seek custody of Adil Durrani.
The 30-year-old woman claimed that they fell in love and started to live together in a flat in Yadavagiri in Mysuru for three years. She stated that Durrani sexually abused her, promising that he would marry her. She told the police that he rejected her offer of marriage and started to avoid her. She also alleged that he had threatened to leak her private photos on social media. The case has been filed under Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections 76 (rape), 417 (cheating), 420 (cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property), 504 (Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace), and 506 (criminal intimidation).
Rakhi Sawant’s Reaction On Rape Case Against Adil

The actress further added, “You can see how he was plotting to kill me. How the girl who has accused him of rape was told by Adil ‘I want to marry you, want to settle with you in Dubai’. Adil had so many extra-marital affairs, he has broken my trust and cheated on me. I hope that girl Nivedita Tanu can see all this.”
Meanwhile, Rakhi is seeking justice for herself. She posted an old video with Adil and captioned the post as “Justice for #Rakhi”. Her fans are shwoing support to her in this tough time.
