Kumkum Bhagya Written update August 9, 2021: Gaurav tries to molest Pragya, Abhi comes to her rescue.
In the latest episode of Kumkum Bhagya, Prachi decides to prove herself after Pallavi blesses her. Riya, however, has other plans. She gets upset with Prachi and decides to seek revenge from her. Pallavi goes to Dadi and apologises to her. The latter tells her she has not taken offence and requests her to be fair to both the bahus, and then choose the one who should get the keys of the house. Pallavi assures her she will not do injustice with anyone.
At the office, Gaurav is happy that Abhi is now locked. The latter is furious at himself for not being able to outsmart Gaurav. He tries to break open the door but in vain. Gaurav goes to Pragya and finds his plan working. Pragya begins to feel unwell. He suggests she go to the top floor office and take some rest. She decides to do so. Pragya reaches the room and Gaurav follows her with papers.
Meanwhile, Abhi rationalises why Gaurav locked him up. He deduces that he wants Pragya’s property. He bangs the door hard again. Meanwhile, Gaurav’s dad calls him. He goes aside and talks to him. Gaurav reveals his plan and how he plans to create an MMS with Pragya after she signs the papers. Pragya overhears this. It is learnt that she was only pretending to be unwell. In reality, she had not taken the adulterated coffee.
Pragya exchanges the papers and when Gaurav comes back, she takes out her knife. She tells him that she knows of his plan and will never let him be successful in it. Gaurav threatens to get closer to her and tries to molest her but by then, Abhi sets himself free and reaches the top floor. He finds Gauarav misbehaving with Pragya and beats him up. Pragya stops him from going overboard which irks him.
