Kangana Ranaut made a statement on the Bengal elections in May 2021, which was described as objectionable and promoting violence. On May 4, she compared Mamata Banerjee to Tadka without naming her. After this many people had reported the tweets of the actress. Then Twitter took action and suspended her account. Twitter had said in its official statement, ‘Kangana was continuously possessing ‘Hateful Conduct Policy’ and hence now her account has been suspended forever.’
