This would have been fair enough even in the pre-pandemic days and in the current market scenario, this is in fact good as per BollywoodHungama. Despite being a multi-starrer film, the Mohit Suri’s film collected only Rs. 7.05 crores. Well, this must be great number looking at current scenario in the industry, the high budgets are going flop and disappointing producers.
Looking at the budget of Rs 80 Crores, Ek Villain Returns’ first day business is good, but with Rs. 39 Crore budget of ‘Ek Villain’ the film had an phenomenal first day collection.
What went wrong? The 2014 film film starring Shraddha and Siddharth had great advantage of music and all the songs were loved and highly played even before the release of the film and that actually worked for it and when the film released it’s unique story grabbed eyeballs.
