Bipasha Basu has announced her pregnancy with her husband Karan Singh Grover and took the internet the storm with the news.
Bipasha Basu-Karan Singh Grover got married on April 30, 2016, and they have stepped into parenthood after six years. The couple have shared a prolonged note with the news. It reads, “A new time, a new phase, a new light adds another unique shade to our prism of life. Making us a little more whole than we used to be. We began this life individually and then we met each other and from then we were two.
“Too much love for only two, seemed a little unfair for us to see…so soon, we who once were two will now become three. A creation manifested by our love, our baby will join us soon and add to our glee.”
Bipasha continued, “Thank you all, for your unconditional love, your prayers and good wishes as they are and will always be a part of us. Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 fame Rubina Dilaik wrote, “just happy for you two (sic),” while Neelam Kothari wrote, “So amazing! (sic).” Rajiv Adatia wrote, “Omggggggggggg im so so happy for youuuu ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️” Singer Shreya Ghoshal also congratulated the couple.
Talking about their love story, Bipasha and Karan met on the sets of Bhushan Patel’s 2015 horror film, Alone, and they tied the knot after one year of dating in April 2016 as per Bengali traditions. The couple was last seen together in Vikram Bhatt’s crime-thriller web series, Dangerous.
