Anupama Written Update 23 February 2022: Hasmukh spends time with depressed Kinjal and Samar, trying to help them with their problems. Elsewhere, Anuj accepts Anupama’s challenge.
In yesterday’s episode we can see that Anupamaa tells Nandini that self-love is perfectly acceptable. Kinjal, Pakhi, and Samar are among the people for whom Anupamaa prays. She performs the puja with Anuj.
Anuj believes he should speak with Anupamaa before it is too late. Paritosh inquires as to why Kinjal (Nidhi Shah) is offended despite his apology. Kinjal complains to Paritosh (Aashish Mehrotra) that they don’t communicate and dwell in one room like strangers. Kinjal becomes enraged. Anuj attempts to communicate with Anupama. Anupamaa interrupts Anuj’s conversation to inform him that the vegetables are finished. Anupama issues a challenge to Anuj to obtain the vegetables. Anuj decides to show Anu that he can buy vegetables. Hasmukh attempts to cheer Samar and Kinjal up there. Hasmukh receives Samar’s heartfelt message.
Hasmukh invites Kinjal to share her concern as well. Kinjal decides to tell Anupama. Hasmukh decides to discuss Kinjal with Anupama. Hasmukh and Samar discuss Anupama’s birthday. Hasmukh has decided to participate in the festivities.

Anuj delivers a great number of vegetables. Anupamaa scolds Anuj for bringing too many vegetables. She is concerned that the vegetables may rot.
Vanraj informed Malvika that he was dealing with the client alone because she was not responding to him. Hasmukh insults Vanraj, implying that he, too, doesn’t know how to run a business. Vanraj tells Hasmukh that he would prove him wrong one day. Hasmukh warns Vanraj that if he takes too many risks, he would lose. Vanraj requests that Paritosh spread the word that Anuj has no ties to the Kapadia Empire. He believes he will close all the doors to prevent Anuj from returning. Anuj and Anupamaa exchange a glance.
