The first day of shooting at Pune Metro Station was a significant experience for Girija. She said, “We shot at Pune Metro Station on the very first day. It was a huge production. Atlee Kumar, the director known for hits like ‘Theri,’ ‘Raja Rani,’ and ‘Bigil,’ made his debut in Hindi cinema with ‘Pathan.’ The film received a positive response from audiences who booked their tickets in advance. ‘Pathan’ earned a substantial income through advance bookings, and on its first day, it made a significant impact at the box office. In its Hindi version alone, ‘Pathan’ earned around 650 million INR. Overall, the film grossed approximately 750 million INR across all languages. ‘Pathan’ has become the highest-grossing film at the box office in its Hindi version.
