Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister, Shweta Singh Kirti, has shared an old picture of the two of them together, on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan.
Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti has been rallying for justice since he tragically died last year in his Bandra-based apartment under mysterious circumstances. With Raksha Bandhan being celebrated today, she took to social media remembering her younger brother with a beautiful post.
Shweta who has shared a lot of unseen pictures from Sushant’s family life in the past one year picked out an adorable childhood picture with him to post on Rakhi. The late actor can be seen lovingly posing for the camera with his sister’s arm in his while she can’t stop laughing at something.

Sharing the adorable childhood picture Shweta wrote in the caption, “Love You Bhai, we will always be together #GudiaGulshan.” The post also made fans of the late actor emotional who fondly remembered him in the comments. While many fans of the actor wrote they missed him, several others posted hearts loving this Rakhi special post from Shweta.
Many actor’s fans took to the comment section and left a heartfelt message for him, One wrote, “We all love him n miss him ?” another said, “Our Shushant will always remain alive in our hearts.❤️❤️” Fans also questioned delay in justice for SSR, “When will SSR get justice, it’s been 14 months, will the case get stuck like Jiah Khan case? On Raksha Bandhan last year, Shweta Singh Kirti remembered her late brother with these words: “Happy Raksha Bandhan mera sweet sa baby. Bahut pyaar karte hain hum aapko jaan aur hamesha karte rahenge. You were, you are and you will always be our pride,” she wrote in her post.
After his star-making performance as the lead on the Ekta Kapoor’s show Pavitra Rishta, Sushant Singh Rajput made his film debut in 2013’s Kai Po Che. His impressive filmography includes Kedarnath, MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, Raabta and Detective Byomkesh Bakshy.
The actor was last seen in Dil Bechara, a Hindi remake of The Fault In Our Stars. Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14, 2020. He was 34. While the initial cause of his death was reported to be suicide, his case was transfereed to the Central Bureau of Investigation, who is currently investigating the matter.
