Ranveer Singh and Mahendra Singh Dhoni‘s bromance in the photos have won over fans. Ranveer shared a photo where he is sitting by the feet of Dhoni and looking reverently at him.
The friendly football matches between celebs are a common thing. Paparazzi often snap B-town biggies and their friends such as Ranbir Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, Disha Patani and others on the field.
To end their Sunday on a happy note, Ranveer Singh, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Saif Ali Khan’s son Ibrahim Ali Khan and cricketer Shreyas Iyer among others gathered for a game of football. But what caught the netizens’ eyes was the bromance between Ranveer Singh and Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
Ranveer, who is a huge MSD fan, was also seen hugging the former captain of the Indian cricket team as seen in the video embedded below.

Ranveer Singh also shared photos from the match on his Instagram stories. In one photo he can be seen gazing reverently at Dhoni. He called the cricketer his ‘big brother’ and wrote “Bade bhai ke charnon mein hamesh (Always at the feet of my big brother).”
Ranvir Singh is a self-confessed fan of MS Dhoni and had once worked as an assistant director on a commercial starring Dhoni despite being injured. “I was about 22 years old, working as an assistant director. I took up this particular job only because the ad film featured the one & only MS Dhoni.”
On the work front, Ranveer Singh will soon be seen in Kabir Khan’s film 83. He will be seen essaying the role of legendary cricketer Kapil Dev in the sports drama. The movie is based on the 1983 cricket world cup victory of the Indian cricket team. He also has Diyang Thakkar’s Jayeshbhai Jordaar and Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus in the pipeline.
