‘Hero: Gayab Mode On’ Fame Yesha Rughani Opens Up On Her Exit From The Show: “was abrupt but mutual”

Actress Yesha Rughani’s exit from Hero: Gayab Mode On has come as a shocker to many. The actress, who played Zara on the Sab Tv’s show, says that the decision to end her track was abrupt but mutual. In her recent interaction with Etimes, she told, “The news of my exit from the show came to me abruptly. However, it was a mutual decision, because I was talking to the makers about the growth and future of the character. I was in conversation with them about it. Later, I got to know that the makers decided to end my track. Maybe, it was the requirement of the story and sometimes certain characters need to be handled in a particular way for the story’s development. I have done my bit and have contributed to the show and the hero’s life. Zara’s death and loss will affect Veer (Abhishek Nigam) in a major way. The show is going through a major change and this twist (her exit) was required.”

The young actress had a great time working on the show. “Abhishek has been a sweetheart. We clicked from day one and were extremely comfortable. We became good friends during the course of the shoot, which reflected on screen as well. We did our scenes with so much ease. I will definitely miss working with him and the unit. They had become like a family and it is always tough to say goodbye to the family.”, Yesha added.

Yesha Rughani is now looking forward to taking up something different and more challenging. She shares, “It is time to explore new things. I have already moved on, but obviously, goodbyes aren’t easy at all. You always feel the void once you bid adieu to a show. Each character that you play leaves a mark on you. So, Zara will stay with me forever and I will cherish it.”
