Shah Rukh Khan once praised Sidharth Shukla for being ‘shareef’ with his on-screen daughter, it was when SRK was a guest judge on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, where Sidharth was one of the contestant.
Actor Sidharth Shukla’s sudden demise has left the entertainment industry shocked. The actor passed away at the age of 40. He is survived by his mother and two elder sisters. The late actor was closest to his mother and described her as his ‘best friend’ from whom he kept no secrets. In fact, she was the reason that the actor entered the showbiz. Sidharth Shukla has done several shows on television including Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, where he was once praised by Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan. A video from the dance reality show has surfaced online, wherein SRK can be seen having fun with Sidharth and his on-screen daughter from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai Anjali aka Sana Saeed. In the video, Shah Rukh Khan goes to the stage and hugs Sana after her performance with Sidharth. He tells Sidharth that he is quite ‘shareef’ for not doing any ‘badtameezi’ with his daughter. The ‘Dil Se Dil Tak’ actor bows (acknowledging the compliment).
Shah Rukh then looks at Sana. He is quite surprised to see her all grown-up. He teases Sana for her short clothes. Karan Johar, who was the judge of the show back then, tells Sana that SRK is quite shocked to see her like this.
The actor wishes Sana all the best and hugs her.

Sidharth Shukla had appeared in the first few weeks of the 14th season of Bigg Boss as a senior contestant along with Hina Khan and Gauahar Khan. The senior contestants gave the new participants an introduction to the reality show and often indulged in entertaining tasks and conversations.
Sidharth passed away at the age of 40 after he suffered a heart attack.
