Ved Box Office Collection: Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza’s latest Marathi has completed its second weekend on a very high note.
Maharashtra’s beloved duo Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia’s ‘Ved’ (Ved Marathi Movie) has made everyone crazy just like the name. Even after a week has passed since the release of the Marathi movie ‘Ved’, its popularity continues to grow. Ritesh-Genelia’s cute pairing, stormy promotions and beautiful songs are pulling the crazy audience to the theaters.
Due to the popularity of ‘Ved’, this movie has now achieved record breaking performance. Yesterday on 8th day, The film has earned a whopping of 5.70 crores in a single day. This is the first Marathi movie to collect so many crores in a single day. So far the movie has collected a total of 33.42 crores. Ritesh shared the post and gave information about this record. Ved Box Office Collection Week 2:
The film has grossed tremendously in its first week. The film collected Rs 2 crore 25 lakh on its first day of release. 3.25 crore earned on the second day. 4.50 crores on the third day, 3.02 crores on the fourth day, 2.65 crores on the fifth day, 2.55 crores on the sixth day, 2.45 crores on the seventh day. 2.52 crore was collected on the eighth day. On the ninth day, the film has collected twice as much as the first day, which is around 5 crores and on the tenth day, it has collected 5.70 crores. The film has earned a total of 33.42 crores so far.
Will Ved Break Sairat Box Office Record?
If the movie continues to collect the record breaking amount it will break the highest grosser Marathi film ever Sairat’s record anytime soon.
Ved will be targeting to become the second highest grossing Marathi film ever, the first being Sairat, which grossed over Rs 100 cr in its eventual run.
Ashok Saraf, Vidyadhar Joshi, Shubhankar Tawde and Jiah Shankar are also in lead roles in the movie ‘Ved’ with Riteish-Genilia.
