Yasmin shared the video, and wrote, “Hey Everyone! have you ever tried this workout of @katrinakaif.” She then mentioned that the primary exercise to perform is one “Squat & Side Leg Lifts – 3 sets x 20 reps each.” Next, one must do 3 sets and 15 reps of two Push-ups.
