Tejasswi Prakash and Simba Nagpal starrer Naagin 6 trailer and full official cast was all set to be revealed on Monday, Feb 7. However, due to Lata Mangeshkar’s demise, the makers have now decided to postpone the same to a later date.
The entire industry is in shock after the demise of Lata Mangeshkar. A two-day national mourning will also be observed in the memory of Lata Mangeshkar. The national flag will be flown at half-mast for two days as a mark of respect. Now in the meantime news is coming that the launch of Naagin 6 has also been cancelled. The team of Tejasswi Prakash and Simba Nagpal‘s TV show Naagin 6 has taken a big step.
After the demise of Lata didi, the team of Naagin 6 has taken a heart touching decision. The trailer of Ekta Kapoor’s show and the entire official cast were to come out tomorrow i.e. on February 7. However, the team has now canceled the event.
The Colors team has officially confirmed that Naagin 6 will be telecast from February 12. The press release can be read as, “We are deeply saddened by the demise of honourable Lata Mangeshkar. In honour of the veteran singer, the press conference for our upcoming show Naagin 6 stands cancelled. We shall be now conducting the press conference on Tuesday 8th February.”
Not only Tejasswi’s show Naagin 6, Ekta Kapoor has postponed the grand launch of new show Parineeti. Parineeti is also a show of Ekta Kapoor which is going to launch soon. The entire film and television industry, music fraternity, cricketers and politicians are in mourning after receiving the news of Lata Mangeshkar’s demise.
Last night, Asha Bhosle, Shraddha Kapoor and other family members of Lata had visited her at Breach Candy Hospital. The legendary singer was ill for the past few days. He breathed his last on Sunday morning. His last rites will be performed at Shivaji Park in Mumbai on Sunday evening.
Coming back to Naagin 6 series, Ekta Kapoor’s superficial show, Naagin, has seen five successful seasons in the past. Mouni Roy was Ekta’s Naagin from the first and second seasons. That was followed by Adaa Khan, Surbhi Jyoti, Anita Hassanandani, Nia Sharma and Surbhi Chandna.
