Taapsee Pannu revealed whether she will be romancing Shah Rukh Khan in Dunki.
Taapsee Pannu is all set to share screen space with Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan for the first time in Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki. Since the film’s announcement, the actor has been gushing about the superstar and their first time working together. Both actors shot for Dunki in London a few months ago, and the leaked photos made it to the Internet.
Now, during a chat with India Today, Taapsee was asked about whether she will be romancing SRK in Dunki. The actor replied cheekily by saying, “In a Rajkumar Hirani film, if you get to romance Shah Rukh Khan, I will do a passing role in that… as well. The BLUR actress also called Dunki a “light-hearted” film and further said, “It is a Raju Sir film; it is that world, which is very endearing. I would be very surprised if anyone was not having fun on that set.”

Earlier, during his appearance at the Red Sea International Film Festival 2022, the Pathaan star dished a few details about Dunki. The superstar had said that Raju Hirani, one of the most talented directors in India, directed the movie. He added that the film was penned by Abhijat Joshi and that it tells the tales of people who, when they finally hear the calling, long to go back home.
Shahrukh called it a comedy film, and Hirani’s movies consistently feature a blend of humour and strong national sentiment. So, it is a long journey for SRK, and the movie goes to many different places before coming back to India.
