Shriya Pilgaonkar reveals the incident which broke her down during the shooting of her upcoming web show Guilty Minds.
Actress Shriya Pilgaonkar is gearing up for the release of her upcoming legal drama titled Guilty Minds. The show also features Varun Mitra in the lead role along with other episodic primaries, which will be released on Amazon Prime Video on April 22. Prior to this, the actress has web shows like Mirzapur, The Gone Game, Crackdown, and more to her credit. Speaking about playing the character of Kashaf in the courtroom she said, “It was quite interesting to play a different character. Bringing Kashaf to life fascinated me as an actor. She is very different from me.”

Further speaking about the series, Shriya asserted, “The show has touched upon many issues and has many dimensions. Besides being a courtroom drama, it has a lot of humour too.”
“Yes, there are two cases in the show where my mind blew after reading them, one of which was the case of the right to water, where I broke down. The reality of it had hit me so badly. It was like a spiritual experience. I couldn’t switch off from Kashaf since we shot during the pandemic,” she concluded. Shriya feels that she cannot compare Kashaf with any of the previous roles she has done, but this was the first time she had to carry something on her shoulders.
