Shehnaaz Gill in a recent live session talked bout weight loss techniques and also revealed to fans what she eats in a day.
The singer, actress, and model Shehnaaz Gill is a popular face now and she became a household name post her stint in Bigg Boss 13. Before to Bigg Boss 13, she was a known personality only in Punjab, but with Bigg Boss, she rose to fame. Today, she has a huge fan base and fans go into a frenzy whenever her pictures and videos are posted on social media. Also, the Punjab Ki Katrina has lost weight and her physical transformation is an inspiration to all the upcoming actors.
Shehnaaz had grabbed immense limelight last year, when fans noticed that she had lost oodles of weight. She had lost 12 kgs in six months. The diva has opened the secret behind her weight loss journey.
The Honsla Rakh actor did a live session on YouTube for the first time and spoke in length about what she eats in a day.
Talking about her diet chart, Shehnaaz quipped, “Subah utho, moong khao, chai piyo. Dupar ko dal-chawal sabzi. Zyada makhan ghee mat dalo. Shamko chai piti hu. Paani pete raho. Raatko dudh pe leti hu ( Wake up in the morning and have green gram. You can then drink tea. In the afternoon, have dal, rice and vegetables. Do not put oodles of butter or ghee in your food. In the evening I drink tea. Keep sipping on water. In the night, I drink milk)”.
Shehnaaz also stated that she did not cut down on salt or sugar, but reduced her food quantity. Further in the live session, a fan commented saying that she looked better during her Bigg Boss days. Shehnaaz took the comment sportingly and said, “Uske liye zyada khana khana padega. Kaam nai milta industry me. Yaha patli ladkiyan chalti hai“.
On the personal front, Shehnaaz Gill is rumoured to be dating Sidharth Shukla. The duo has always given the best friends tag to their relationship, but Shehnaaz was vocal about her feelings for Sidharth during the Bigg Boss show.
