After the massive success of Kabir Singh, the dashing Shahid Kapoor is all to rock the big screens with another love story. However, fans are going to miss their favourite Priti aka Kiara Advani, as Shahid is going to romance Kriti Sanon for the first time in the untitled film.
Backed by Jio Studios and Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films, the romance drama is written and directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah. Maddock Films shared the news of production wrap on the project and also revealed the movie will be released in theatres in October this year. “An impossible love story! announce the wrap of their untitled film starring Shahid Kapoor & Kriti Sanon together for the first time ever!” the banner wrote alongside a poster of film. The poster shows Kriti in a passionate moment with Shahid on a bike with a sunset in the backdrop.

The poster is loved by millions and is everywhere on the Interent. While some get ‘Kabir Singh Vibe’ from the poster others have very funny reactions to how the two lead stars are portrayed in the picture. One fan wrote, “Shahid bhai ki height kam hone ki wajah se tanki pr bithana parra 😂😂”. Another commented, “Ye tho adla badli hogya”.
Third user wrote, “Vintage bike + Shahid is a hit formula for movie”. Some users even joked about Kriti’s rumoured boyfriend Kartik Aaryan’s reaction to this new poster of the film. A Maddock film’s production, the movie is also produced by Jyoti Deshpande and Laxman Utekar. It will also feature veteran actors Dharmendra and Dimple Kapadia in pivotal roles.
