Nayanthara to make her Bollywood debut starring opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Atlee’s upcoming action thriller.
Fans of Shah Rukh Khan have been eagerly waiting to see the superstar sizzle on the screen once again. The superstar is currently shooting for ‘Pathan’, after which he is expected to start his next with South filmmaker Atlee.
According to a latest report in ABP News, the makers of the film have apparently roped in South beauty Nayanthara as the female lead in the film. The report further added that SRK and the filmmaker have been in talks for a while now and things have now been fixed. Nayanthara has reportedly come on board and the paperwork for the action-thriller has been done.
The report further stated that the film will be a pan-India film and the makers are aiming to get the biggest names from the industries on board. Nayanthara is known for her work in Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam cinema. The character that she will reportedly be playing in the film is said to be a well-sketched-out female lead and that is something that apparently drew her in.
Shah Rukh is currently shooting for Siddharth Anand’s ‘Pathan’ where he will be sharing the screen space with none other than Deepika Padukone. The movie will also star John Abraham for the first time with SRK and Deepika. Apart from these stars, the makers have also roped in Salman Khan for a special cameo in the movie. The ‘Dabangg’ star will be seen helping Shah Rukh against the baddies in the movie.
Reports are also rife that Shah Rukh has Rajkumar Hirani’s immigration drama in his pipeline. However, none of his upcoming films have been confirmed officially as yet.
