It so happens that when Kapil Sharma asks Yami Gautam about her recent intimate wedding with her Uri: The Surgical Strike Director, Aditya Dhar, she replied, “It was my naani who told us we will follow the COVID-19 protocol, thus, we had only 20 people present at the wedding.”
No sooner than Yami shared how her wedding plans were formalised than Saif Ali Khan chipped in and added, “Jab humne shaadi ki thi, humne bhi wohi decide kiya tha ki sirf ekdum close family ko bulayenge. Lekin Kapoor family jo hai, unme kum se kum 200 hai (When we were getting married, we also decided we will only invite close family. But the Kapoor family has at least 200 people). Mujhe bohot darr lagta hai expensive shaadis se. Mere chaar bachche hai, bohot darr lag raha hai (I am very scared of expensive weddings. Kapil Sharma On Saif Ali Khan’s Yellow Sunglasses
For the ‘Bhoot Police’ promotion On The Kapil Sharma Show, Saif Ali Khan looked absolutely dapper in white kurta and blue denim on the show. He jazzed his look up with a pair of yellow sunglasses. The eyewear caught Kapil’s attention. “Ye jaundice waale chashme kaha se milte hai, sir (Where do you get these jaundice glasses, sir)?” Kapil asked Saif. Hearing this, Saif broke into a fit of laughter with Archana Puran Singh, Yami and Jacqueline joining him. In the same video, Kapil then teases Yami for wanting to take her entire family to her honeymoon. He informed her that he read Yami and Aditya insisted on their family joined them for their honeymoon. Joking about it, Kapil said in Hindi, “Didn’t anyone tell you that you don’t take your family there, you go there to start a family?”
To this, the ‘Lost‘ actress responded, “We placed the condition that everyone would go together.” Saif couldn’t help but bring out his inner Vinod, from Hum Saath Saath Hai. “Really? Okay,” he poked fun at his character.
