The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has made a big disclosure in the drugs case related to the death of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Yes, NCB has claimed that Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty had bought ganja several times from other accused including her brother Showik Chakraborty and gave it to actor. Let us inform that NCB had recently filed draft charges against 35 accused in the Sushant death case in the NDPS court, which was heard on Tuesday.
The conspiracy was hatched for the distribution of drugs in the high societies of Bollywood.

Investigations concluded that the Pavitra Rishta actor had died by suicide, with post-mortem reports confirming the cause of death as asphyxia due to hanging. Rhea Chakraborty Abetted Sushant Singh Rajput To Extreme Drug Addiction
According to TimesNow, As per a report by The Indian Express, the NCB draft also states that the delivery of drugs for Sushant was taking place since 2018. Drugs procured by the accused, for the actor’s consumption. This included the late actor’s flatmate Siddharth Pithani, claiming that he “aided and abetted” the actor to “extreme drug addiction.”
As per the report, some of the accused include the actor’s then girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik and two of the late actor’s staffers. The NCB has submitted its draft proposing to charge the 35 accused under various sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
The draft charges state that Rhea C has thus committed offence under section 8[c] read with 20[b][ii]A, 27A,28, 29 & 30 of NDPS Act 1985.
As per IndiaToday report, The draft charges in general against all 35 accused in the case states that they all “entered in to criminal conspiracy during the period of March 2020 to December 2020 with each other or in groups to procure, purchase, sale, transport inter city, distribute in the high society and Bollywood, finance the drug trafficking and or consumption of Ganja, Charas, LSD, Cocaine and other narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances without valid licence, permit or authorization within the Mumbai Metropolitan region and thereby committed an offence.” Also Read: Imlie Star Fahmaan Khan Shares Working Experience With Sumbul Touqeer, Says ‘We Don’t Do Re-Takes’
Meanwhile, Sushant’s flatmater Siddharth Pithani was recently out on bail, who was arrested last year in a drugs case. Pithani has been booked under section 27A (illegal traffic and harboring criminals) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, among other charges.
