Television’s beloved actor Dinesh Phadnis, renowned as Fredericks from CID, passed away on Tuesday at 57, confirmed by his CID co-actor Dayanand Shetty. Dinesh, who breathed his last at 12.08 am, succumbed to multiple organ failure. In his late 50s, the actor had been undergoing treatment at Mumbai’s Tunga Hospital.
Dayanand Shetty revealed the complications leading to Dinesh’s demise, stating, “There were a lot of complications, and he was removed from ventilator last night.” The actor’s funeral is scheduled in Mumbai at 10.30 am.
