Rakul is one among the fitness freaks in Bollywood who is frequently papped out and about in the city for fitness classes. She also keeps dishing out major fitness goals with her workout posts and videos. In fact, she recently shared the key to her diet that keeps her body well toned.
She took to her Instagram handle and shared a post-workout selfie where she is seen looking radiant in a pink tank top while posing with a glass of her post-workout drink. Furthermore, she shared what goes exactly into the key elixir that keeps her fit.
Calling the drink ‘wholesome and complete’, she wrote“My post-workout drink by @munmun.ganeriwal whey isolate-protein, banana- carbs, flaxseed fibre, cinnamon-anti oxidants, nutmeg anti-inflammatory.” Have a look:
Earlier, spilling beans about her diet, Rakul had shared, “Plate full of happiness many people think that rice is fattening ! NO it isn’t . On the contrary it’s the easiest form of carbs to digest for the body. It heals the gut which in turn helps in better absorbtion of nutrients. most significantly it’s basic food and easily available even during lockdown. So eat simple , nutritious and balanced meals and improve your immunity.”
