On July 19, Raj Kundra, a businessman, and husband of Shilpa Shetty was arrested in the alleged case. Ever since the news was broke netizens have been seen slamming the businessman for his ‘way of earning money’. Though many celebs are avoiding to give a talk on the matter, Here’s politician Raj Thackeray has taken a dig at him.
A video is now doing rounds on social media, wherein Maharashtra Navanirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray was seen taking a dig at Raj Kundra when he was surrounded by photographers at his office.
In the viral video, he was heard saying in Marathi, “Have you taken all the shots from my ears, nose to my hair? I am not Raj Kundra to give a shot.”

A few days back Officials investigating the case raided Shilpa’s and Raj’s residence in Juhu. The cops also took a statement from Shilpa Shetty as they searched their house. It has been reported that the Shilpa Shetty Kundra broke down and shouted at the businessman asking him “what was the need to do all this”, during the raid. As mentioned in a report in NDTV, police sources informed that Shilpa shouted at Kundra when he was brought to their home in Mumbai by the police for the first time since his arrest. “We have everything, what was the need to do all this,” the actress reportedly said to Raj.
