Television Actor Pearl V Puri has reportedly landed in trouble after a girl and her family filed a rape and molestation case against him in Mumbai.
Actor Pearl V Puri has been arrested in an alleged rape and molestation case. The actor, who was last seen on Brahmarakshas 2, has been accused of raping a girl and is now under police custody.
The Malwani police in Malad, Mumbai, have registered a rape case against six persons including Pearl V Puri. The victim has said that she was initially raped in a car and then repeatedly raped by the accused involved. All the six accused have been taken into custody by the police and are being interrogated.
Pearl was arrested on Friday (June 4) night after the complaint was registered by the victim and her family at the Malwani Police Station.
Nothing much is known about who the complainant is or what her age is, but the source also added that it probably could be a minor girl who complained against Pearl. Pearl V Puri had lost his father last year. He had shared an emotional note on Instagram announcing the passing away of his father. He wrote, “I’ve lost my father LATE SHREE MR . VIPIN PURI He was a very happy soul full of life a very good human being he was a man of substance whatever Iam , it’s just one percent of what my father was but this “was” have broken my backbone. I Request all of you to please love your parents as much as possible give them all the happiness in life do whatever best you can do for them within time before it is too late. Waqt ka kuch nai pata .”

Pearl V Puri made his acting debut in 2013 with Dil Ki Nazar Se Khoobsurat and rose to fame with Phir Bhi Na Maane…Badtameez Dil. He was later seen on shows like Naagin 3, Naagarjuna Ek Yoddha and Bepanah Pyaar. His latest stint on TV was Brahmarakshas 2 where he played ANgad Mehra.
