Pavitra said that getting close and private ahead of the camera isn’t something she is comfortable with, but she has immense respect for the actors who perform such scenes.
Actress and Bigg Boss fame Pavitra Punia recently revealed that she isn’t comfortable with shooting intimate scenes ahead of the camera even if that means she has got to abandoning of projects or deny being a part of something.
While chatting with Hindustan Times, Punia said, “I don’t like doing romantic scenes, or those where I even have to reveal tons of body, and consummation scenes. that’s why I refused to be a part of two web series recently,”
She also said that getting close and private ahead of the camera isn’t her cup of tea, but she has immense respect for the actors who perform such scenes.
“Dekhne mein achha lagta hai but dekh kar main hamesha se yeh sochti thi ke himmat chahiye aise scenes karne ke liye. It takes tons of guts to try to to something like that,” she admits.
Ask her the rationale behind this hesitation, and therefore the 34-year-old confesses, It has a lot to do with my roots as I come from Haryana. It doesn’t come from my heart that I even have to be so open ahead of the camera. Darr jati hoon main (I get scared).”
“I don’t have that confidence in me yet. I do believe that change is usually good, and hope that there’ll be each day once I are going to be ready to overcome this hesitation and fear,” says Punia.
The actor, best known for shows like Love u Zindagi, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein and Sawaare Sabke Sapne… Preeto and Naagin 3, admits that there are days when she has tried hard to beat her fear, but unfortunately, she hasn’t been successful in doing that till now.
On the work front, the actor shares that she is getting offers for “positive roles” also, and assures her fans that she would be “back with a bang very soon”.
Pavitra Punia On Her Bigg Boss Journey-
In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Pavitra said, “When I came out of the house, I always told all the media portals, whenever they asked about how the journey was inside, that it had been a really beautiful, but at an equivalent time, very disgusting journey.” She cited the ever-changing nature of equations on the show.
“Because once we want to sit with people, make friends, and share our happiness and sorrows, after one hour, we wont to fight like cats and dogs. it’s like ruining a really beautiful moment. The home is all about beauty and disgust and zip else. Trust me, there’s no in-between,” she explained.
Pavitra was one among the first contestants on Bigg Boss 14. She made headlines for her romance with co-contestant Eijaz Khan. the 2 are now during a relationship and have expressed their desire to urge married also.
