After almost 40 long years Paresh Rawal is ready to get back To Gujarati Cinema. The actor started shooting for the Gujarati film ‘Dear Father’ recently. The film is based on his successful play by the same name.
Along with Paresh, ‘Dear Father’ stars Manasi Parekh and Chetan Dhanani in prominent roles. The film is being directed by Umang Vyas, produced by Ratan Jain and Ganesh Jain under the banner Venus Worldwide Entertainment Pvt Ltd and 72* East Production.
The film is being co-produced by Swaroop Sampat Rawal and written by Dr. Vivek Bele, Late Uttam Gada and Aditya Rawal. Sanchita Chatterjee is the associate producer and the director of photography is Dhawalika Singh.
Meanwhile, There’s good news for Hera Pheri fans as the actor recently confirmed that the film is going to be made and we’ll hear good news by the year end.
Paresh Rawal confirmed that the team is trying to work it out. Talking to Indian Express, Rawal said that hopefully by the end of the year there will be some good news regarding Hera Pheri 3. “They are trying to work it out. Hopefully, by the end of this year, you will get good news.” He Said.
Talking about his upcoming film Hungama 2 which is going to stream on Disney+Hotstar, actor said, “very clean family entertainer with a good storyline,” While talking about the script, “It is more disciplined, organised and innovative. Of course, not as innovative and disciplined as the South industry. Our industry is changing because of new directors, new actors and writers. So, we are gearing up for the golden period of Hindi cinema.” He added.
