Aryan Khan, his friend Arbaaz Merchant and seven others were arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau on October 3 in the drugs-on-cruise case.
The Mumbai special court has once again rejected Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan‘s elder son, Aryan Khan’s bail plea along with those of Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha.
Aryan and 7 others were arrested from the Mumbai cruise drugs case on October 3. He has already spent 18 days in jail. Aryan is currently lodged in the Arthur Road prison.
The special Mumbai court had reserved its order on Aryan Khan’s bail application during the last hearing and had reserved the order for today.
Aryan along with 7 others, including Arbaaz Merchant, were arrested by the NCB after a raid on the Cordelia cruise ship.
Shah Rukh Khan’s son’s lawyers have argued that no drugs were found on him when NCB officers in disguise raided a rave party on a cruise ship.
The courts will go on vacation in the first week of November with Diwali festival on November 4. If Aryan doesn’t get bail before the first week of November, his jail stay will be prolonged further. Aryan Khan and other accused in the Mumbai cruise drugs case have already spent over two weeks in jail after being arrested on October 3.
