Kartik Aaryan is one of the versatile actors of Bollywood. He has always won the hearts of fans by playing his different characters in films. Recently, Karthik got an offer to advertise pan masala. Which Karthik refused to do. According to a report published in Bollywood Hungama, Shehzada actor Kartik Aaryan recently got an offer to advertise a pan masala brand. Karthik was offered 8 to 9 crores for this ad. Despite being offered such a huge amount for an ad, Karthik refused to do the ad. Being a youth icon, Kartik refused to advertise pan masala.
Appreciating the Bhool Bhulaiyaa actor’s decision, former Censor Board chairman Prahlad Nihalani said that pan masala is injurious to health and Bollywood celebs are harming the country by promoting such things. Prahlad said that it is illegal to promote alcohol and pan masala. As per law, the CBFC should not certify the broadcast of any such publicity. People consider Bollywood celebs as their idols, and many people believe them without thinking, in such a situation, Bollywood celebs should not use any such food item which is harmful for their health. This is not the first time any actor has refused to endorsed Pan Masala brand. Earlier, KGF 2 star Yash too had refuse the Pan Masala brand and was praised by fans.
