Sayali Sanjeev is one of the prominent name in the marathi entertainment industry. She started her career from tv and now has carved herself a niche in the film industry. She rose to fame after appearing in the Zee Marathi series Kahe Diya Pardes and was awarded the Zee Marathi Best Actress Award in 2016. Along with her acting chops, she is known for her social media pressence and often shares glimpse from her personal life.
For the past few months, there have been rumours about Sayali dating Chennai Super Kings’s cricket player Ruturaj Gaikwad. The two follow each other on instagram and often exchange likes and comments on social media posts of each others. In her recent interview with leading portal, The marathi actress reveals she likes to have ‘no comment’ on such topics. “However, I think it is important to face these things. I’m not running away. A name is added when there is nothing, it definitely causes trouble in personal life. You have to face these things through no fault of your own. Deciding with yourself how much priority to give to rumours, makes things easier.” as quoted by Maharashtra Times. Talking about the same, she has earlied shared, the rumours have ruined their bond of friendship and now she hardly talk with him. “Now there is a rift in our relationship. Now we can’t even talk like friends. I didn’t even know that my name was being associated with him. Discussions about our age gap also raised. I am 29 years old and Rituraj is 25 years old. We used to talk in the beginning but now we don’t chat.”
Sayali’s Career
Talking about Sayali Sanjeev’s work front, She has worked in three television shows and one YouTube web series called U Turn (2019). She has also been credited in eight films, so far, with Goshta Eka Paithanichi (2022) being her latest release.
The actress will reportedly also has ‘Jhimma 2’ in her kitty. The first installment of the multi-starrer was release in 2021 and collected great numbers at the box office. The film has been announced just recently.
