Ayesha Singh in her recent interview after her exit from Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin talked about the show and her journey in the showbiz.
Ayesha Singh is one the most sought after actress in Indian television. The actress gave a superhit show in early stage of her career and earned herself a fabulous fandom. Ayesha started her showbiz journey with Doli Armaano Ki and Zindagi Abhi Baaki Hai Mere Ghost in the same span of time, where she played side characters. With Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, which airs on Star Plus’ prime time slot, garnered a heavy TRP numbers since it’s inception and topped the chart every week.
Now, that the show has taken a 20 year leap, Ayesha Singh’s character Sai Joshi came to an end and Ayesha made exit from the show after almost 3 years. Ayesha was busy for the last 3 years as she was leading the show, shooting almost everyday, and now that she’s out of the show, she’s missing her show and the character she lived for years. Ayesha Singh On SaiRat Jodi
In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Ayesha Singh talked about what made Sai and Virat’s jodi a audiences’ favorite. While she said it was surprising to see so much craze foe Sai-Virat inspite of them never having a great love life. “Mostly they were at loggerheads with each other or under some misunderstanding. I think for the little time that the audience got to see Sai and Virat’s love for each other, the friendship, the compassion, they fell in love with it. Sai and Virat were very strong as two different individuals. They were strong-headed people with their jobs, values.” she said.
“They were mostly right but there were situations that were not supportive of them. I think the undercurrents really worked but this is a question for the audience why they love Sai and Virat. This is my assumption that this may have worked.”. Ayesha further added.
For the unversed, there were reports doing round on social media claiming, Ayesha Singh and Neil Bhatt will never be working together after GHKPM. The report stated the two stars have signed a contract with the channel which refrains them from appearing together elsewhere or any other rival channel. But, now Ayesha has quashed such rumours of signing any contract and revealed she’s open to work with Neil if she gets a good opportunity and a great concept.
