Bigg Boss 14 fame Rakhi Sawant and her brother, Rakesh, have landed in legal trouble after an FIR was lodged against them at Vikaspuri police headquarters in Delhi. Besides them, one Raj Khatri has also been named within the FIR. The case dates back to 2017.
According to Navbharat Times, Shailesh Srivastava, a retired bank employee, met Rakhi’s brother, Rakesh, through his friend Raj Khatri to start out a business. the 2 decided to supply a movie supported Baba Gurmeet Ram Rahim’s life. They also planned to open a dance institute in Vikaspuri.
Rakesh assured Shailesh that Rakhi would be a neighborhood of the institute. For an equivalent, Rakesh and Raj took Rs 6 lakh from Shailesh and gave him a PDC (post-dated-check) of Rs 7 lakh. On reaching the bank, Shailesh found that the signatures were wrong.

According to the report, since the signatures within the agreement itself were wrong, it became invalid. Shailesh tried to succeed in bent Rakesh repeatedly but vainly. He then lodged an FIR with the police. Rakhi and Rakesh haven’t reacted to the news yet.
Rakhi’s brother Rakesh opened about the fraud case against him and Rakhi and said that he had opened an acting institute in Delhi but after he came to Mumbai for his mother’s treatment, who is affected by cancer, his partner Raj Khatri had cheated on him and his belongings and cheque books went missing. He also cleared up that his sister Rakhi Sawant has nothing to try to to with the case and has been unnecessarily dragged into it.
However, Rakhi Sawant told SpotboyE that the case has nothing to try to to together with her and her legal team will file a defamation case against the one that has filed the case.
