Actor Sidharth Shukla ‘s death at the age of 40 has led to waves of shock on social media. His friends and colleagues in the industry have come forward with messages of condolence. Actors Sidharth Malhotra, Vicky Kaushal and Sonu Sood also took to social media to mourn Sidharth Shukla’s demise.
“Absolutely shocking and heartbreaking. My condolences to his family and friends, may his soul rest in peace,” wrote Shershaah actor Sidharth Malhotra on Instagram Stories.
“Unable to process this. So shocking. My deepest condolences to his family and friends. May his soul rest in peace,” wrote Vicky Kaushal on social media while actor and humanitarian Sonu Sood added: “Hard to believe he is no more, my heartfelt condolences go to his family. RIP Sidharth.”
Rashami Desai, who was his co-star on the television series Dil Se Dil Tak, left a broken heart emoji on her official Twitter handle.
Kareena Kapoor Mourns the loss of Sidharth Shukla, she said, “Deepest Condolences to his beloved family, friend and fans”. Shraddha Kapoor poured her condolences, “This is beyond shocking and devastating. how is life so unpredictable. condolences to his family and everyone who loves him, so much” Sonam Kapoor wrote, “Rest In peace My heartfelt condolences to Sidharth Shukla’s family and fans”
Janhvi Kapoor took to her Instagram stories and wrote, “RIP gone too soon. condolences to the family”
Sara Ali Khan took to her Instagram stories section and shared a collage of some images of Sidharth. She remembered the ‘dashing personality’ that she met.
Katrina Kaif too expressed her grief on social media after hearing the saddening news of Sidharth Shukla’s death, she wrote, “Shocking- rest in peace-thoughts and prayers are with your family”
Sunil Grover wrote, “Shocked and sad to know about Sidharth Shukla. Gone too soon. Prayers. Rest in peace.”
Varun Dhawan, whose film Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania was Sidharth’s Bollywood debut, took to Instagram to share a photo with the late actor and his co-star in the film Alia Bhatt. He wrote, “Rip brother ?u are loved by so many and u touched so many with ur kind heart and beautiful personality. Today heaven has gained a star and we have lost one. My deepest condolences to the family and loved ones.”
Kartik Aaryan mourned the demise of Sidharth Shukla, “The way Sidharth made a huge place in all our hearts with his smile, his graceful personality and just being himself is so inspiring. Can’t fathom this. Truly heartbreaking”
According to media reports, Sidharth Shukla died following a sudden heart attack. News of his demise was confirmed by Mumbai’s Cooper Hospital.
