The production house as posted about the Day 1 collection of the movie, as per the post, Brahmāstra Part One: Shiva has delivered a massive opening day of Rs. 75 cr, Brahmastra has become the biggest opener for a non-holiday release. Igniting celebrations across the country, the film Industry, theatre owners and audiences, with the weekend total expected to be huge! The film has surpassed the day 1 collections of Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani starrer Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 which is one of the most successful films of Bollywood in 2022. The film has not only broke first day collections of many, but has even surpassed lifetime of many other high budget films released this year including Kangana Ranaut’s Dhaakad, Akshay Kumar’s Bachchan Pandey (73 Cr) . Yes, that’s quite interesting.
The Ayan Mukerji film has surpassed Sanju, Tiger Zinda Hai and Dhoom 3 in the opening day collection. After Panademic, Suryavanshi, which was released in Diwali 2021, earned 37 crores on the first day.
