Raqesh Bapat was the first contestant to get evicted from the Bigg Boss OTT finale. The Top 4 were given four envelopes with their names on them. Nishant Bhat opened his envelope that had Shamita Shetty’s name, who was announced safe. Nex, Divya Agarwal opened the envelope, which announced Nishant Bhat safe. Karan Johar asked the couple to open their envelopes together. Shamita Shetty’s envelope had Raqesh Bapat’s name as the evicted contestant, while Raqesh Bapat’s envelope announced Divya Agarwal safe from elimination. Shamita Shetty, Nishant Bhat and Divya Agarwal emerged as Top 3 finalists of Bigg Boss OTT. Meanwhile, Raqesh Bapat was evicted. Before leaving the house, he gave a warm hug to Shamita.
Karan called Raqesh on the stage. He told him, “Aapne apne comfort zone se bahar aake yeh game khela hai and for that you are already a winner.” When he asked him why he looked happy and relieved. He said, “It was a pleasant, very enlighting accident for me. I met people. Logon se darer lagta that. I am out of that fear. I loved everybody here. I honestly didn’t feel I would be in Top 5.”
When Karan Johar asked Raqesh to name the Top 2 contestants, he chose to not answer and said, “Each one of them has a winner in them.” To which KJo also agreed to.
After Raqesh Bapat’s eviction, Karan Wahi and Rithvik Dhanjani came on the stage. They entertained the viewers with their fun banter.
