Sushant Singh Rajput was one among the most loved actors in this country. He has starred in several movies like ‘M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story’, ‘Raabta’, ‘Kedarnath’, ‘Kai Po Che!’, ‘Sonchiriya’ among others. Sushant gained recognition when he featured in a lead role in the popular daily soap ‘Pavitra Rishta’ where he portrayed the role of ‘Manav’ opposite Ankita Lokhande.
Sushant then took a break from television and began his career within the Hindi movie industry with the 2013 movie ‘Kai Po Che!’ alongside Rajkummar Rao and Amit Sadh. His 2019 movie ‘Chhichhore’ also received the National Film Award for Best feature in Hindi at the 67th National Film Awards announced in 2021.
Though it’s almost been a year that SSR left for his heavenly abode, his fans and friends still remember him. Ever since his death, SSR’s fans are seeking justice for the actor because the investigation of his death case continues to be ongoing. Meanwhile, ahead of Sushant’s first death anniversary, his sister Shweta Singh Kirti shared a post on Buddha Purnima announcing that she going to solitary retreat for the month of June (his death month). She said that she will head to the mountains and will spend her days cherishing his sweet memories in silence.
Sushant Singh Rajput was allegedly found hanging in his Bandra apartment on june 14, 2020. The investigation of his death case is being investigated by the CBI, ED and NCB currently.
