Even as all hell has broken loose in his bestfriends Gauri Khan and Shah Rukh Khan’s lives, Karan Johar is far away in Jhansi shooting his turbulent love story Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.
According to report in Reddif.com, “It is a long shooting spell with Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi, Dharmendra, Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, and Karan can’t wriggle out for even a day,” a source close to Karan Johar reveal.
“He wants to be in Mumbai as close to SRK and Gauri as he can be. However they’ve told him to continue with his shooting,” the source added.
“Karan offered to cancel his shooting and return to Mumbai, but Shah Rukh and Gauri strictly forbade him from doing anything of the sort,”
Apparently, Shah Rukh has requested all those close to him to carry on with their work and lives.
Meanwhile, Ananya Panday has been questioned on a second consecutive day by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). The young star kid is being probed by the anti-drug agency to discuss the retrieved WhatsApp chats between her and Aryan Khan.
Aryan will have to stay in Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail, at least for 4 more days as the Bombay High Court has decided to hear his bail plea in the drugs case on October 26, 2021. Aryan Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha’s bail applications were rejected by Mumbai’s Special NDPS Court on Wednesday, October 20.
Besides Aryan, model Munmun Dhamecha’s bail application was also mentioned, and the hearing has been kept for Tuesday.
