The Half Girlfriend actor, who has been a part of the industry for years now, often makes headlines because of his personal life. But rather than keeping that away from the limelight, he speaks about it openly and doesn’t shy away from wearing his heart on his sleeves. He has also often been trolled for his relationship with Malaika Arora, and people have pointed at their age gap. Now, he has opened up about it.
Talking to Masala, Arjun Kapoor dismissed the rolling as fake! He revealed that most of the times, he doesn’t even go through what is written in the comments and it is mostly media that brings these trolls or comments forward, to him and to the world. He then went on to say that people who would troll him on social media would be the same who would be ‘dying to take a selfie with me when they meet me, so you cannot believe that narrative’.
He further added, “What I do in my personal life is my prerogative. As long as my work is being recognised, the rest is all just a lot of noise. Plus, you can’t be so bothered about whose age is what, so we should just live, let live and move on. Malaika is 48 years old, while Arjun is 12 years younger than her. The two have been together for quite some time now. They had also rang in New Year together. On the professional front, Arjun will be seen in Ek Villain Returns, Kuttey and Lady Killer.
