Talking about the film, Akshay Kumar said that the Vivek Agnihotri directorial destroyed his film Bachchhan Paandey.
This time, at a recent event held in Bhopal, when Akshay was asked about the wave of ‘The Kashmir Files’, he was quoted by India Today saying, “Vivek ji ne Kashmir Files bana kar humara desh k ek bohot bade dardanak sach ko samne rakha hain. Ye film ek aisi bhet bann kar ayi, ye aur baat hain ki meri picture ko bhi doobadiya hain.”
Reacting to the video, The Kashmir Files director Vivek Agnihotri tweeted, “Thanks Akshay Kumar for your appreciation for #TheKashmirFiles.” Earlier, Akshay had congratulated The Kashmir Files star Anupam Kher for his incredible performance in the movie. The Kashmir Files is based on the life of Kashmiri Pandits in 1990, during the Kashmir insurgency.
