Anushka Sharma was reportedly offered a role in Farhan Akhtar’s upcoming film Jee Le Zara after Priyanka Chopra’s exit from the project after several delays.
Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zara has been in news for the last few days due to frequent changes in the cast and the delay in the film due to it. Bollywood Hungama was the first to report that Priyanka Chopra, who was earlier signed for Jee Le Zara, has opted out of the film, giving priority to her Hollywood project Citadel 2.

Anushka Sharma says no To Jee Le Zara
As per Bollywood Hungama, Anushka has decided not to do Jee Le Zara due to date issues. A source informs, “Anushka was very excited about the female-centric film Jee Le Zara but the shooting dates were not matching with her calendar. Anushka has to balance her personal life and professional life, so the shooting dates given by Farhan for Jee Le Zara was not possible for Anushka. At the same time, several combination dates with Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt also did not suit his schedule. That’s why Anushka said no to the film.” The source told Bollywood Hungama.
Due to frequent casting changes, Farhan has put his next on hold completely. And now Farhan will completely focus on Aamir Khan production film Champion in which he will be seen in the lead role. After this, Farhan will direct Ranveer Singh starrer Don 3 again. Farhan was supposed to announce Don 3 on July 6 but postponed the announcement due to clash with Prabhas’ Salaar teaser launch.
