Neetu Singh recently appeared on Super Dancer 4 where she revealed an incident where son Ranbir Kapoor accidentally called fire brigade in New York.
Actor Neetu Singh graced dance reality show, Super Dancer 4, while she danced with one of the judges filmmaker Anurag Basu, she recalled times when her son Ranbir Kapoor’s naughtiness got fire trucks in their residential premises. The veteran actress mentioned when Ranbir was a kid out of curiosity, he pressed the fire alarm in his building to check what happens, back then the family was in New York. Followed by being scared after he saw many fire trucks he ran to his grandmother and confessed that he pressed the fire alarm. Further asking her to keep it to her herself.
As reported in Zoom, Neetu Kapoor said, “Usne dekha aur socha kya hoga agar mein isko dabunga. And he did it. Immediately, itna saare fire brigades ayae niche around the building aur Ranbir dar gaya. He didn’t tell anyone, bas apni daadi ke paas chala gaya and said meine kiya kisi ko batana nahi. (He saw it and thought to himself ‘let’s ring it’. And he did it. Immediately, so many fire trucks arrived downstairs and Ranbir got scared. He didn’t tell anyone, just went to his grandmother and told her that he had done it but she should not tell anyone)”
Like a proud mommy she also shared Ranbir bought her lunch from his first salary. Further expressing her wish to dance with Anurag Basu on her son’s song, the duo grooved to Galti Se Mistake track from Jagga Jasoos helmed by Anurag himself.
She said. “Jo bhi guest aate hai, wo dada ke saath dance karte hai. And I just love dada ka rhythm. Aur mujhe bahut dil kar raha hai ke main apne bete ka gaana inke saath karu.”
On the work front, Neetu Kapoor will be seen in Jug Jugg Jeeyo co-starring Anil Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani.
