Kangana Ranaut is currently in her home town, in Manali. After her COVID-19 recovery, the actress jetted off to Himachal Pradesh. On Friday, Kangana shared an image of her together with her mother. the image shows the actress sitting on the balcony, getting a comforting head massage from her mom. But, while Kangana is busy spending time together with her family reception, consistent with a report, her personal bodyguard is booked for sexual assault. The report stated that a case has been filed against Kangana’s personal bodyguard in Mumbai.
According to a report in fightagainstcriminal.com, a case of sexual assault has been registered against Kangana Ranaut’s personal bodyguard in Mumbai’s DN Nagar police station. As per the report, a woman, a beautician by profession alleged that Ranaut’s bodyguard promised her marriage and raped her. The report mentioned that as per the officials, a case was lodged against the accused after the beautician filed a complaint.
The case was registered on Wednesday night. In her statement, the beautician said that she came in contact with the accused 8 years ago. She revealed it was in June last year that the accused proposed to her for marriage. the lady mentioned she accepted the proposal.
As per the report, in her statement, the beautician mentioned that the accused started ignoring the matter of marriage as the relationship between them progressed. The report stated that in her statement, the lady said the accused took fifty thousand rupees from her on April 27 claiming there’s a family emergency.
Later, the accused went to Karnataka and stopped contact with her, said the woman in her statement. it had been until a couple of days ago when the beautician received a call from a lady, claiming to be the mother of the accused. the lady said the mother refused to allow her son to marry the beautician and revealed they have found a new match for him.
The accused has been identified as Kumar Hegde. The investigation on the same is underway. The case is registered under sections 376, 377, and 420 of the Indian penal code. Meanwhile, consistent with a report in dailyhunt, Kangana considers her bodyguard Kumar as a member of her family. he’s always spotted with the actress.
As per senior inspector Bharat Gaikwad, the matter is under investigation. However, there are no arrests made as of now.
