Sheetal Maulik of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin recently opened up about the upcoming twists and playing much older character in the show.
Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is one of the most-watched show on small screen. Ayesha Singh, Neil Bhatt and Aishwarya Sharma starrer show is making headlines these days with interesting twists and the growing rank in the TRP list. After 8 year leap, the show felt completely different and fresh which won audience’s hearts. The new additions of Savi and Vinayak have been entertaining the fans and the show which earlier had very bad atmosphere due to its storyline is now back on track.
Sheetal Maulik who plays the character of Sonali Chavan in the show opened up about the upcoming twists and revealed that the audience will get to witness a lot of ‘shocking incidents’ in the upcoming episodes. Talking to IndiaForums, she said, “The show have stored a lot of twist and turns… the base of the story will be the same but people should expect lots of shocking incidents”. The actress also talked about playing a character much older than her real life age, she said, “I always believe age is just a number … there is no harm in ageing gracefully… I am happy I could play a school going, play leads , important positive and negative roles and I am sure there is a lot in store for me for the future”.

Coming back to the show, Sai and Virat have finally come face-to-face after 8 years. Virat, who shares a great bond with Savi, saves he from goons but gets injured while doing so. Now, Pakhi has come there and requests Sai to come back to Chavan niwas along with Savi.
Meanwhile, there are rumours that the show will go off-air in the next few months, most probably in november. The report states that the story will have happy ending Virat and Sai living with their kids and Pakhi will be married to someone else. Well, there’s no official confirmation on the same yet.
