Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: The surrogacy track on Neil Bhatt and Ayesha Singh’s show was earlier slammed and a complaint was reported to the Indian Broadcasting Foundation.
Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is currently showing the surrogacy track where Pakhi (Aishwarya Sharma) volunteered to become the surrogate mother of Sai’s (Ayesha Singh) baby. But Sai was not keen. Later, Pakhi forcefully tried to get the baby by tricking Virat (Neil Bhatt) and Sai. While such drama is common in Indian serials, fans are hating how a theme as serious as surrogacy has been demeaned in this manner.
They had been complaining on social media for a long time, but the makers did not pay any heed. Some fans even have sent a written complaint to the Indian Broadcasting Foundation saying that the content on Ghum around surrogacy is misleading and illegal. Now, in the story, Pakhi has planned to not return the baby to Sai and Virat after it is born. Sai had asked her to sign the legal papers, which had mentioned that Pakhi will have to return Sai and Virat’s baby after it is born but Pakhi did not signed the papers and later Virat too said there’s no need to do this as Pakhi is a family member. Now, as Pakhi has decided to not return the baby after its born, as to come closer to Virat and snatched Sai’s husband, fans are irked by all this drama. Many fans have called out the channel for telecasting the wrong message on channel and also glorifying the illegal things on the show. Viewers are also irked to watch Virat, being an IPS officer, seeing all this illegal things happening and doing nothing to stop it.

Calling out the current track, one fan wrote, “‘tumhara hokar bhi wo Chirag mera hi rahega’. How dare she say that she will not give the Child to its biological mother?
