Anushka Sharma steps away from Clean Slate Filmz, brother Karnesh becomes sole decision maker and will helm all affairs. Actress has issued an statement on the matter.
Anushka Sharma has parted ways with her production house Clean Slate Filmz. He has shared this information through social media. The actress also said that now I want to focus completely on acting. That is why now brother Karnesh will take over the responsibility of the production house. Anushka started Clean Slate Films in 2013 along with her brother Karnesh Sharma.
She shared an official statement with the caption, “Onwards and Upwards @kans26 @officialcsfilms! My best wishes are always with you!!”
Anushka Sharma started her note by writing, “When I started Clean Slate Filmz with my brother Karnesh Ssharma, we were novices when it came to production but we had a fire in our belly and we wanted to try and set the agenda of entertainment in India through clutter-breaking content. She added, “While CSF started with my vision to change the narrative of what commercial projects should be like, I have to credit Karnesh who has excelled in shaping what CSF has become today. Being a new mother who has chosen to be an actor by profession, I have to balance my life in an entirely new fashion like never before. So, I have decided that whatever time I have at hand, I will dedicate it to my first love, acting! Anushka Sharma’s production house named Clean Slate Films was started in 2013. Under this banner, he has produced many films like NH 10, Phillauri, Pari, and Bulbul in the year 2015. Along with this, he has produced a web series named Paatal Lok. CSF’s upcoming projects include the names of films like Mai and Kaala. The son of late actor Irrfan Khan is going to debut from Kala.
