Actress Bhagyashree will be next seen playing a pivotal role in Prabhas and Pooja Hegde starrer ‘Radhe Shyam’.
Bollywood actress Bhagyashree made her acting debut with Maine Pyar Kiya opposite Salman Khan in 1989. Soon after film released, she got married to Himalaya Dassani and was away from movies after becoming an overnight sensation with the Sooraj Barjatya directorial. Now, Bhagyashree has two films with her – Prabhas and Pooja Hegde starrer Radhe Shyam, while the other one is Thalaivi starring Kangana Ranaut in the titular role.

During an interaction with The Times of India, Bhagyashree was asked about her work experience with Prabhas. To which she stated, “He is a thorough gentleman and a very down-to-earth person. It was a pleasure working with him.”
On being quizzed if there’s something common between her first film hero Salman Khan and Prabhas, Bhagyashree stated, “Both of them believe in themselves and that’s what makes them work towards what they want to do.”
While talking about working with Salman khan in Maine Pyar Kiya, the actor went on to say, “It was a debut venture for all three of us – Salman, Soorajji, and me. Though Salman had done a film; this was his first as a hero. So, it was like going to college and we became buddies, which was beautiful. We were all so raw; there was no pretence.”

During an earlier interaction, Bhagyashree recalled an incident of about a photographer wanted Salman to kiss Bhagyashree during a photoshoot. She had narrated, “All of us were newcomers and this photographer thought he had the liberty to do something like that. Back then, smooching scenes were not prevalent. I don’t think he or Salman knew that I was standing by very close and could hear every word. For a second, I remained shocked, but just then, I heard Salman say, ‘I am not going to do anything of that sort. If you want any pose like that, you need to ask Bhagyashree.’ I respected Salman’s response, and that’s when I realised I was among safe people.”
